Here are some of the regular events that are hosted weekly at Survivor's R Us!

Lions club of Belmont clothes washing service

Hearty Starts Breakfast

Hearty Starts is an event we host every Monday to provide a free BBQ breakfast prepared by the wonderful volunteers from Lions Club of Valentine. The breakfast food available includes bread/toast, eggs, sausages, hash browns, and much more! Tea, coffee, and juice are also supplied! Orange Sky also have on-site clothes washing facilities for free of charge cleaning while you eat.

Hearty Starts breakfast is made possible by the generous help from Lions Clubs.

Butterfly Corner

Butterfly Corner is an informal weekly morning tea and women's support group held on Mondays from 10:30 to 11:30 am after our Hearty Starts free breakfast. All are welcome to join our wonderful host and the lovely ladies for a non-judgmental chat with free tea & coffee provided.

Ken's Corner

Ken's Corner is a free weekly morning tea and men's support group held on Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:30 am after our Hearty Starts free breakfast. Everyone is welcome to join our host and the guys for a friendly chat! The atmosphere is informal and non-judgmental with tea & coffee provided.

Parents Support Service

Held on Tuesdays from 10 - 11 am by our on-site Child and Family Health Nurse. If you are a parent with children 5 years or under and are looking for advice or support, please feel free to call or visit and have a chat!

FREE Hot Food 

Thanks to our partnership with Tasty Trucks, we have free bags of assorted hot food (pies, sausage rolls, etc.). Held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week after 3 pm. Ask at checkout in-store for a ticket so you don't miss out.

Monday Yoga

Free Yoga sessions are held weekly on Mondays from 10-11 am. While the session does focus on physical fitness, it does also function as mental wellness and social event.

FREE OzHarvest

Every Friday from 9:00 am, there is free fruit and veg handed, courtesy of OzHarvest. This food is saved from being sent to landfill and is still great to eat. Our volunteers sort all of the food into bags in an attempt to ensure the fairest distribution.
